承担科研

参与和主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、湖南省自科基金项目及企业横向项目12项，经费达300多万，在《Journal of Materials Chemistry C》等杂志发表论文31篇，专利6项。

教育教学

湖南第一师范学院优秀首席专家，曾先后获得湖南省普通高校思政课堂教学竞赛三等奖，指导学生立项国家级大学生创新创业训练计划2项，指导学生获得“华夏杯”全国物理教学创新大赛一等奖2项，二等奖1项。
